I installed Mitaka Openstack with Mirantis Fuel and everything worked fine. After the week-end I wasn't to run anything I always got the following error

#nova list
No handlers could be found for logger "keystoneauth.identity.generic.base"
ERROR (DiscoveryFailure): Could not determine a suitable URL for the plugin

The Apache log shows the following

I have the same problem. It has also happened after the weekend, on Monday. My OpenStack enviroment is OPNFV Colorado 2.0 Fuel.

Restarting services of keystone or apache2 cannot solve the problem. Has anyone know that how to solve this problem?
