Is there any installation guide for Newton Openstack release?

Could anyone please tell me, is there any installation guide for Newton Openstack release? I would like to install Newton manually. To do it I need an installation guide for Newton, something like the following mitaka/install-guide-ubuntu/ but for Newton. I don't want to use Devstack.

I know you don't want to use DevStack, but one thing you could try is to deploy DevStack Newton, grab all the configuration files of all the services, and then use them as a working reference to deploy Newton on a multi-node testbed and change the configuration files as needed.
