keystone-manage: error: argument command: invalid choice: 'fernet_setup'

root@mitaka-core01:/var/lib# keystone --version 0.7.1

when install mitaka

https://releases.openstack.org/mitaka/

keystone use 0.9

but i had already installed keystone with

apt-get install keystone apache2 libapache2-mod-wsgi

from

http://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/inst...

and ran

su -s /bin/sh -c "keystone-manage db_sync" keystone

already

when run keystone-manage fernet_setup --keystone-user keystone --keystone-group keystone got error keystone-manage: error: argument command: invalid choice: 'fernet_setup'

edit retag flag offensive close merge delete

Did u run the below commands.

apt-get install software-properties-common

add-apt-repository cloud-archive:mitaka

apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

Again install keystone and the version will be 9.2.0. If required install pbr == 0.11.0 version.
