Am I the only lucky one who didn't recieve exam results?

Just completed my exam one week ago. Still no results. Ticket in Helpdesk says "we are now shortstaffed" please wait awhile. So I am waiting... Anybody who taked exam recently, have you recieved your exam results with no problem?

Have You received answer fom support?

Almost 3 WEEKS ago I have passed this exam, but still haven't receive the result!!! Their support doesn't answer my emails. It looks like fraud - just pay $300 and we will not even answer to you!!!

So maybe you know whom to complaint to?

Thanks for reporting this and my apologies for the issue. That is definitely frustrating.

Please email me directly at jimmy at with the First/Last Name and email address you used to sign into the exam. I'll be happy to take a look for you.

Hi, have the same situation. Have passed exam at 16.08, but stil haven't received the result. Their support just says: "Your request is under investigation, but we are short-staffed, so wait"

I do see your exam in the system, but the status is pending. I'll check with the exam company to see what the problem might be.

When you say you sent "emails to support with me in copy", can you please paste the email address or URL that you're sending that through?
