Mirantis (8 and 9) Admin-PXE interface configuration

Hello, We have servers with 10 Gb and 1 Gb interfaces. We would like to have 1 Gb used for Admin-PXE and 10 Gb for Public. But Mirantis always set Admin-PXE on 10 Gb interfaces, and we cannot change it with WebGUI. Is there a way to force Mirantis to select another network interface for Admin-PXE? My understanding is that Mirantis agent tries to contact the fuel master on all the interfaces, and when it works for one, it is selected automatically as Admin-PXE. With our current configuration the nodes can contact the fuel server on his admin address on any interface. Thanks for your help

Best regards

You will actually configure this before you install Fuel.

Thanks for your answer. But my problem is different: I do not want to modify the Admin-PXE interface of the fuel server, but the one which is automatically detected for the nodes.

Sound like you need to turn PXE boot off on the 10GB NIC and make sure it is on on your 1GB NIC. Fuel will assign the (Admin PXE) interface to the NIC it PXE booted from.
