Hi,

May be your openstack installaton is on RPM based linux (like CentOS or RedHat Linux & so.) Below commands may help you:

systemctl restart rabbitmq-server.service
systemctl restart neutron-server.service

ln -s /usr/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service /etc/systemd/system/openstack-keystone.service
ls -l /etc/systemd/system/openstack-keystone.service
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl stop httpd.service
systemctl stop openstack-keystone.service
systemctl start openstack-keystone.service

Then access your dashboard.

Thanks

I'd the same problem with RDO Mitaka which was installed with Packstack and I'd to tun packstack with the latest answer-file again, the dashboard worked after the packstack run.
