From what I've seen I'm being directed to the core library but it is uploaded:

I added latest keystone_authtoken user parameters and it resolved the issue. I say added because I had to retain the old ones for authentication; seems that both are currently required, new for successful import of Core Library and old for auth.

project_name = service
username = murano
password = password
admin_tenant_name = service
admin_user = murano
