Unable to login into newly created instances

I am able to login to instance, I could able to lanch the instance and not able to login to the instance & after few mins intances goes to SHUTOFF state. Please me to resolve the issue

Since you installed on a virtual box one immediate suspect is that nova has too little ram to keep the virtual machine run in the virtual machine. Did you use devstack to install in the vbox? Check the nova logs for errors (don't post them whole here, too much info makes things as hard to debug)
