you should have already created admin-openrc.sh or demo-openrc.sh please source them
if you have not created please use the below sample and create it

Sample admin-openrc.sh is mentioned below

export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_ID=default
export OS_USER_DOMAIN_ID=default
export OS_PROJECT_NAME=admin
export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin
export OS_USERNAME=admin
export OS_PASSWORD=changeit
export OS_AUTH_URL=http://$(hostname)/v3
export OS_IMAGE_API_VERSION=2
export OS_VOLUME_API_VERSION=2

where $(hostname) is your controller host name

You can also download the correct file by using Horizon: Menu item "Project" -> Menu item "Access & Security" -> Tab "API Access" -> Button "Download OpenStack RC File v2.0"
