After digging I found how to add another compute node for vmware. Used the RDO answer file. Everything shows up in Horizon, storage, cpu memory etc. Converted a simple cirros image into a vmdk image and uploaded it to glance. Hypervisors show up in nova hypervisor-list as up. run with the new vmware hypervisor nova boot --nic net-id=cd86a5e8-46a0-4044-8ffe-8ca5cd35d2c6 --image ed9c81a4-97b0-4936-b880-b0ae511f9b47 --flavor m1.nano cirrosvmdk --availability-zone nova:server3

Cannot find anything in the logs so far, my KVM side is fine. Anything I can check or test would be greatly appreciated

So After Much digging it has only left me with a Question.

Openstack does not work with VMware using the native Neutron networking, it only works with native Nova networking.

Neutron requires an additional virtualized networking like PlugGrid, NSX or Opencontrail to work.

Correct?
