ceilometer polling frequency

I have changed the polling frequency in the pipeline.yaml and restarted all the ceilometer services. When I look at the sample data though, i still get them in 1 minute intervals. Is there a step i missed?

@rao2100 - if U have a dedicated compute nodes U have to change pipeline.yaml there as well.

cpu_util meter is calculated on controller nodes but data is submitted by compute.

What about other meters, e.g: image.size or storage.containers.objects ?
