Folks, I think I resolved this issue by giving symlink for bios-256k.bin..

What I did is Just check this error msg

libvirtError: internal error: early end of file from monitor, possible problem: qemu: could not load PC BIOS 'bios-256k.bin'

Answer:

ln -sf /usr/share/qemu/bios.bin /usr/share/qemu/bios-256k.bin

Create a symlink with existing bios.bin with bios-256k.bin.

Automatically error resolved and instance launching now.

Thanks Folks.
