If you are using CentOS and looking to install small test environment, RDO packstack is also easy way to install OpenStack.

I've deployed my environment with Openstack community version follow the official documentation. I think is more than enough:

For CentOS ==> http://docs.openstack.org/liberty/install-guide-rdo/ (http://docs.openstack.org/liberty/ins...)

If your considering implement HA, you should take a look in ha guide, it's not full documented but you can take main directives to deploy it:
