can not access to Horizon

After following the OpenStack liberty Install guide, i'm now in the step of trying to access the dashboard for the first time but every time i try to access horizon this message :

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

So anyone who could help

HI, I found it . the problem is many version of python,when i install openstack and keystone with liberty , but the doc " install with ubuntu 14.04 " in the site is updated with the new version Mitaka. so for that not working. i remove everything and install it with the same version.

HI,I ran into the same proble.How do you solve it? To install openstack again? OR just install dashboard again? please help me !!!

Try to delete the cookies and cache!!

HI, I try this solution but didn't work. in the log file : /var/log/apache2/error.log i have this msg error : [Wed Apr 27 09:11:58.386424 2016] [core:error] [pid 7552:tid 140620400137984] [client] End of script output before headers: django.wsgi

can you help me !!!!
