Hi,

I am trying to monitor the resource usage (CPU, RAM, Disk bandwidth, network bandwidth) over time.

I can get the sampled measurement data of 'disk.write.requests.rate' by

ceilometer sample-list -m disk.write.requests.rate -q resource_id=<Instance ID>

But when I try the same for 'network.incoming.bytes', it gives the empty results (no measurement)

ceilometer sample-list -m network.incoming.bytes -q resource_id=<Instance ID>

I found that the following command gives error messages,

ceilometer statistics -m network.incoming.bytes

Invalid input for field/attribute max. Value: '218432120487'. Wrong type. Expected '<type 'float'>', got '<class 'bson.int64.Int64'>' (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-e3fff563-e729-4602-8772-ad32cb0fd974)

It seems there is an issue with the type of the measurement data.
