I am working through the mitaka ubuntu install guide and I am to the point where I am trying to verify that I can get tokens from the system. I am running the token issue command and the system asks me for the password and it accepts the password however when the system goes to output the key I get the following message

__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'token'

here is the command I am running to get this result

openstack --os-auth-url http://controller:35357/v3 \ --os-project-domain-name default --os-user-domain-name default \ --os-project-name admin --os-username admin token issue

I get it works by unset OS_TOKEN (as OS_AUTH_TYPE has been set to password)

I agree with this. unset OS_TOKEN and try the command.
