I am trying to install my cloud with 3 nodes. controller 103.18..** compute1 network

Each node with two NICs. but when I complete installation my network node's NIC ( is lost. I mean it can't be pinged from other nodes. and when I create instance (VM) it does not get ip from dhcp and it also VM does not have any connectivity even if assign static ip. I can't ssh VM. Can some one tell me that," Can I install cloud having Network node with 2 NICs"

As per the minimal architecture, neutron node should have atleast 3NICs. But its possible to install with 2NICs.

You would have to use the same NIC for mgmt network and VXLAN(GRE) tunnel.
VXLAN (GRE) endpoint IP should match mgmt network IP.
In case VLAN tagged connection to Network Node - 3 NICs would be a must.

Thanks for your answer. but still I am not sure how can I create VMs without VLAN tag?? does it mean I must need three network cards in Netwrok node?

VLAN tag is only locally valuable to split packets on br-int , in case of VXLAN tunneling globally tenant is identified by VXLAN ID of his private sub-net. VXLAN tunnels connection might allow to have just 2 NICS. MGMT IPs and VXLAN end points IPs would be the same.
