Per the install guide officially on the openstack site, this command does not work thus preventing further work:

[root@controller ~]# yum install centos-release-openstack-mitaka Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile * base: http://mirrors.centos.webair.com * extras: http://mirrors.centos.webair.com * updates: http://mirror.net.cen.ct.gov No package centos-release-openstack-mitaka available. Error: Nothing to do
