I deployed openstack on virtual environment, my instance cannot ping to external network ?

The details of my environment are below, and currently I am using liberty version on CentOs. My instances cant ping to external networks and internal network as well.

Due to pretty short question without any details. The answer would be :-
It is caused by OVS misconfiguration ( in general ).
