can't ping external gateway

I have problem to get acces to external network. I user the ovs-dvr setup. My external interface is connected to eth3

Ping router ip from router works and all local ip in 192.168.1.0/24 network

It turned out to be a network problem. The interface eth3 was not conected to the correct network.

It had no chance to succeed. It was tcpdump that helped me to understand that the traffic was not arriving to the interface.

I have not configured br-ex with an ip adress, so that is not requirerd.

HI, I have some how similar setup even simpler as I don't have br-vlan and I can't get connection to the external network. I've raised the question in the link here https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/89071/kilo-network-node-external-network-unreachable/ (https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...) , I hope you can look at it please.
