Need help to find the root cause....

Do you mean a Latitude C600, a 2001 laptop?

Sorry for the Typo....its actually Dell PowerEdge C6100

2 Core 24 GB 68GB X 4 HDD

Is only the Fuel ISO so slow to install? Have you tried a CentOS? I would recommend you some hardware check (disks, network). There should be no timeouts during the Fuel installation, nor very intensive processes (but the docker containers extraction).
