OpenStack from Canonical/Ubuntu repo. (One Compute/Controller_All-in-One node and additional compute node = total of 2).

Let me know if any more logs would help.

Seems whether VMs are created in controller/compute or additional compute, they can't get out of spawn/error mode. I wonder if networking is at least fine.

Thanks.

Check rabbitmq conexion options.

they all seem to be showing up on "connections" tab. Anything in particular I am looking for? Thanks.

You need to make sure that rabbitmq is running on 172.27.255.88 and that it is reachable from your controller node.

A simply telnet 172.27.255.88 5672 should point a connectivity issue out.
