Hello Community,

I am installing Mirantis OpenStack in the Windows using Cygwin.

I've followed instructions given in the "Installing Mirantis OpenStack Using Scripts" procedure. After step #3, I did a shutdown of Fuel Master and Slave nodes.

Then I opened virtual box but unable to find any Fuel Master/Slaves.

Can you please help me.

Thanks, Vijayakumar

Hi, here what can help you a lot TuTo-- how use cygwin for Fuel Mirantis

1) Need to install cyg-apt from Gitub in order to use some command lines 2) Put the .ISO file into iso folder 3) Move to where the script is (with cd command in a terminal prompt as administrator) 4) and run the script --> sh launch_8GB.sh 5)take a cup of coffee.. ;-)

Hi Vijayakumar,

you ran ./launch.sh as another user, probably Administrator. You must switch back to this user when using VirtualBox, and you will find your VMs.
