How to backup VM in Openstack ?

I'd like to backup my VM in OpenStack and can't find tools to do it ? Tool with incremental backup ! I'm looking something to be used with OpenStack Juno

The best thing to do is either take a snapshot of the instance and send the image to a swift node or you can use "Trove" to do so.

while taking snapshot the instance is freezing. Kindly on the issue.
