Unable to login dashboard on Centos7 kilo

When I enter IP address on browser and hit enter, I get following message on screen instead of Login window:

Testing 123..

I was able to login until couple of days ago and started seeing this problem since Yesterday.

/var/log/httpd/access_log shows following errors:

Hi RajeshM, thank you for the input. I am now at least getting login window following your suggestion, but now I am seeing folloring error after credentials :

An unexpected error has occurred. Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, contact your local administrator.

can you try the same in a private window of browser .

Please inspect the Apache error logs for the Something went wrong! errors. It should drive you to the right direction.
