I get "OperationalError: (OperationalError) (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)") None None" with a fresh EC2 instance of ubuntu 12.4 and a fresh openstack install. Any ideas?

I have the same problem - EC2; ubuntu 12.4; t1.micro instance - using DevStack install. Turns out that mysql is not running. The install script quits with the following: "Authorization Failed: An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (OperationalError) (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)") None None (HTTP 500) + TOKEN= + die_if_not_set 1201 TOKEN 'Keystone fail to get token' + local exitcode=0 ++ set +o ++ grep xtrace + FXTRACE='set -o xtrace' + set +o xtrace [Call Trace] ./stack.sh:1201:die_if_not_set /home/ubuntu/devstack/functions:119:die [ERROR] /home/ubuntu/devstack/functions:1201 Keystone fail to get token"
