OpenStack's solution for instances HA

Hello All !! Is there any way to implement high Availability between instances in Open Stack Compute Nodes ????

for example : if one of the nodes fails, instances running on another node automatically !!

It depends in the running hypervisor you use. For example, with VMware it will works. I think in the last kvm version that funcionallity is available too, but i don't know if it is implemented on OpenStack

Ok !!! So it depends on hypervisor and openstack doesn't have any solution ! What about qemu ?????? Is it support HA ??

Why openstack doesn't have any solution ??? Cloud environment doesn't need HA ????

Well designed applications for cloud environment doesn't need HA, since them are stateless, and are executed between multiple instances running the same job

If you need multiple instances in different hosts, you can use anti affinity rules to avoid downtime.
