I had configure an ext subnet with floating ip range but for some reason its not showing up in subnet list

root@controller:/home/cloud-admin# neutron net-list
| id | name | subnets |
| 00bfd1b9-a249-4adb-b800-70d6ab9810f0 | ext-net | 2e8875cf-c3b5-4b1e-bf48-e00eca515059 |
| 7ba1e55b-0dc9-4f2c-b278-e3702384da37 | demo-net | |

root@controller:/home/cloud-admin# neutron subnet-list

I am expecting to see 2e8875cf-c3b5-4b1e-bf48-e00eca515059 in subnet-list but its not showing up.When i am tryong to create a new subnet with same ip range that i had used while create ext sub-net i am getting following error

neutron subnet-create ext-net --name ext-subnet --allocation-pool start=,end= --disable-dhcp --gateway

Tenant b03b5a12a8af431ea71cf6f77a00fb59 not allowed to create subnet on this network

A subnet can only be added to a network that is owned by the same tenant. Attempting to add a subnet to another users network will result in above said error.

Can you check the tenant_id # returned on command neutron net-show 00bfd1b9-a249-4adb-b800-70d6ab9810f0 and neutron subnet-show 2e8875cf-c3b5-4b1e-bf48-e00eca515059
