Murano test_log.SysLogHandlersTestCase.test_rfc_format fails with socket.error: [Errno 2] ENOENT error

Running the tests inside a Docker container.

Commands -

tox -epy27 -- '(test_log.SysLogHandlersTestCase.test_rfc_format)'
tox -epy27 -- '(test_log.SysLogHandlersTestCase.test_standard_format)'

Except these two all the other tests are passing .

Please let me know if I can collect more details for this. From the error and a quick look at the code, I believe it is creating some kind of socket file inside /dev/log , but I am not very sure about it and need assistance in fixing it.
