Openstack volume attaching suddenly stopped

asked 2016-01-12 05:13:07 -0500

Controller Details (Cinder is configured in the controller node):- OS- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo) Openstack Version - Juno

Worked well and suddenly Volume attaching stopped, when trying via UI it times out after some times. Checked the following commands in the controller. Volume is mounted in the controller via multipath and volume creation works without any issue, guess something to do with iscsi....?
