[Tox] pep8: commands failed with InvocationError

Tempest test runs successful over devstack setup. Getting below error while running pep8 check

There's a chance you ran into

An upgrade to tempest-lib==0.13.0 should solve it:

$ source .tox/pep8/bin/activate
(pep8) $ pip install -U tempest-lib==0.13.0
(pep8) $ deactivate
$ tox -e pep8
edit flag offensive delete link more
