Hi Anshul

Please do the following on compute.

1. Restart the nova-compute server
2. Share me the compute.log
3. Share me the nova.conf

Please drop an email with above info. I will analyze quickly and revert.

Summary :

Changing the permissions of nova.sqlite to 666 worked fine.
