How to configure Ceilometer Alarm components on Devstack (Liberty)

Recently, I use devstack to install all-in-one local environment. I found the "enable_service ceilometer..." not working in local.conf anymore. I've checked the devstack/lib/, the ceilometer is absent.

followed by the devstack instruction, I used "enable_plugin ceilometer to install ceilometer, however the it seems that the ceilometer-alarm-notifier and ceilometer-alarm-evaulator are not installed.

why are ceilometer-alarm-notifier and ceilometer-alarm-evaulator not integrated with devstack? is it because of python package conflicts?

is there any convenient way to configure ceilometer-alarm-evaulator and ceilometer-alarm-notifier with the Openstack liberty?

From the Liberty version, the alarm component is separated from ceilometer, and set up a new independent project - Aodh. Refer:
