Got an error during installation of Kilo " error in setup command: Error parsing /opt/stack/keystone/setup.cfg: ImportError: No module named testrepository"

Error occurred when I apply the command "./stack.sh"

Just got this error myself today, despite running the same setup numerous times this past weekend without issue.

Fixed it by running sudo pip install testrepository
