I am slightly confused about the value for the parameter

used in Neutron [DEFAULT] section. In the installation guide this value is set to True, without a real motivation to why. Also, the description of the parameter is not clear to me.

Enable or disable overlapping IPs for subnets
Attention: the following parameter MUST be set to False if Neutron is
being used in conjunction with nova security groups

It is actually allow_overlapping_ips

This allows the usage of same ip address range on two different subnets, belong to different isolated Networks (L2 segments) and are connected to different routers.

I understand this from the description, sorry I did not include that. This is due to the network namespacing, but why the attention.
