When ever an instance is launched on RDO Havana (Fedora 19) it just fails with status "ERROR" with no reason. I have been trying to get this to work for a whole week.

After installing Fedora 19 (Minimal and Infrastructure) I ran the following commands:

yum install -y vim sed 's/localhost/openstack/' -i /etc/hostname sed 's/^127.0.0.1.$/& openstack openstack.localdomain/' -i /etc/hosts sed 's/^(SELINUX=).$/\1permissive/' -i /etc/selinux/config yum update -y reboot

systemctl disable firewalld

yum install -y http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-havana/rdo-release-havana-2.noarch.rpm yum install -y openstack-packstack

packstack --allinone --os-neutron-install=n

reboot

I have tried both: http://openstack.redhat.com/Quickstart http://tropicaldevel.wordpress.com/2013/07/29/rdo-on-fedora-19/ and http://www.blog.sandro-mathys.ch/2013/08/install-rdo-havana-2-on-fedora-19-and.html

So far I have not been able to launch a VM

Can someone please tell me how to install Havana on Fedora 19 and get it to work properly?
