I am seeing the following error while trying to boot an nova instance. Is there something wrong with my setup ?

Can you run 'nova hypervisor-list' and tell us what the output is?

Your messaging server is not working properly. From the logs, you can see nova trying to connect to messaging server (rabbitmq) and it failed. Check the following service

service rabbitmq-server status . If its not running, just start it
