How I can switch from command line to GUI Windows like interface

What do you mean? Do you want a graphical (windows and clicking) method for installing OpenStack, or do you just want to have some graphical interface on your Ubuntu server machine?

If you are talking about installing Openstack, there is no GUI available for the time being. You have to use command line for installation and configuration.

Actually, there's a GUI to install OpenStack. It's not intended for big productive systems, but it installs the thing with three commands. Check out: http://larrucea.eu/introducing_bomsi_...
