i have installed devstack with bare minimum settings. I have enabled neutron by adding the following in my localrc

disable_service n-net

my br-ex interface has a local ip

I have created a private network with subnet I have also created a router with external ( and internal ( interfaces

i can ping my virtual router (created in devstack ) at ip

but cannot ping my VM instance assigned a floating ip

Is my ip assigning is wrong? if not how can i ping my vm instance?
