Hi ,

Have liberty setup on FC23 .I booted an instance with the following command :

 nova boot --flavor m1.small --image CentOS-6-gen --nic net-id=c5500df3-d924-45c1-bd57-96a95258e973 --block-device id=54f12458-1aff-4bd2-8123-fd84768c9a2,source=volume,dest=volume,bus=ide,size=1,device=/dev/vdb,type=cdrom,bootindex=1 VM-cdrom

The VM is up and running , I see the volume as /dev/sr0 . But I cannot detach this volume neither via dashboard nor command line .

??? /Vlad

Hello,

nova --debug volume-detach <instance-id> <volume-id> See the output. Normally volume-detach command returns no output.
