Discovering versions from the identity service failed when creating the password plugin

Hello at all, I installed OpenStack Liberty on ubuntu 14.04. After the first reboot, when I try to use the OpenStack commands, I have this error:

Discovering versions from the identity service failed when creating the password plugin. Attempting to determine version from URL. Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)

some one can help me please?

proposed solution dint work for me after changing LOCAL_PATH to '/tmp'. is there any other way to fix this issue? i have changed ownership as also and tried but dint help

cna any one suggest?

I tried the same with Liberty and the server error problem originated the in Apache2 server setting file. Try and change the LOCAL_PATH parameter in so that LOCAL_PATH = '/tmp'.

I am experiencing issues and I think all may stem from this. Could you please clarify where the file is?

it should be under /opt/stack/horizon/openstack_dashboard/local/
