'liberty': not a valid cloud-archive name.

while adding repository, it is showing 'liberty': not a valid cloud-archive name . The command is as follows "add-apt-repository cloud-archive:liberty". please tell me in case of any change in repository. i am using ubuntu 14.0.4.

Have you tried to run apt-get install python3-software-properties before adding the cloud-archive? That seemed to work for me. I also had run apt-get install python-software-properties beforehand, but that apparently requires an apt-get dist-upgrade and I didn't feel like upgrading my whole system. :)
