Maybe you and me are facing the same problem. Could you please post the results of openstack --debug image list. I am confronted with this problem: https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...

Is your Glance installation working?

Had the same Problem in my setup with two controllers and haproxy. Fixed it by setting registry_host = [MY_vIP] in glance-api.conf where [MY_vIP] is the IP of the haproxy. Maybe try setting it to your controllers IP. Don't forget to restart glance-api afterwards.

Had the solution from https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/66759/nova-image-list-returns-http-500/?answer=67219#post-id-67219 (this answer).
