bug in stack.sh and need to find local.conf

Hi, I ran into this bug : https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...

and I saw that in the comments someone just did "disable_service tempest" in his local.con but the only local.conf file I see is under "Samples", where is the actual local.conf file that stack.sh uses?

You should copy the sample configuration file to the base directory where you have devstack (let's say where stach.sh is).

This should be the parent folder where the sample is.

Can you please provide more info if you're using master branch of DevStack, or from any stable branch repository?
