What about installing and configuring SPICE console in OpenSUSE? My googling results just for RedHat/CentOS (good tutorial http://silverskysoft.com/open-stack-xwrpr/2015/07/enable-spice-html5-console-access-in-openstack-kilo/ (http://silverskysoft.com/open-stack-x...)) and Ubuntu BUT! No such packages (like spice-html5 and openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy) for OpenSUSE was found. I extracted content from CentOS's rpm and install it manually Is the any objective reason that this packages not included in OpenSUSE repos?

If you want Spice working switch to RH distros (CentOS 7.1 or Fedora 22) for Kilo or Liberty, like sound or cut&&paste feature in cloud VMs.
Spice console in horizon won't provide you much fun vs VNC

RDO Kilo should be built in F23. Would work on CentOS 7.1 if skip all Fedora related ( and outdated instructions )
Have EPEL 7 enabled on CentOS 7.X.
