Swift doesn't have the concept of folders or subfolders. You can however include slashes in the names of objects and thus simulate a folder structure. It will be your responsibility to manage this. Horizon offers that option.

A progress bar? Good idea, but I am not aware. Perhaps the stat command provides information about partially uploaded files.

Thank you ! Slashes must be after container name ? Do you have an example how to use it ? And is it possible to use space in folder structure (with " " perhaps) ? I don't have tried stat command but when I upload a large file, prompt is not available until the end of the transfer.

Your method works very well !

Example for uploading to a pseudofolder:

swift upload mycontainer filetoupload --object-name pseudofolder/filename

This copies filetoupload to mycontainer, giving it the name pseudofolder/filename.

Space should work as well, you just have to quote it so that the shell doesn't interpret it.

I hope I could find a solution to show progress bar or ETA...
