Openstack high availibility solution

Hi,

I have configured Openstack with one controller node & 2 compute node now when i launch instance it use only one node's resource.

what can i do If i want to configure HA between 2 compute node and how to highly available virtual machines .

OpenStack version = RDO Liberty

There is a High Availability guide on http://docs.openstack.org

EDIT: I probably misunderstood your question. The HA guide is for making Openstack highly available, not the instances running on OpenStack. If you want HA for instances, do the same as for systems not running in a cloud.

If you understand HA then I guess you should know HA can be done for a service only, like DB service, web service, storage service etc. So what you mean basically is that you need a failover, so in that case make a cluster of your nodes and setup NFS and mount it to /var/lib/nova.
