RDO Error: Could not start Service[httpd]: Execution of '/usr/bin/systemctl start httpd' returned 1

I am installing kilo openstack with RDO --allinone but getting following error

Hi I cant fin the 10-nss.conf in this folder ?

Hi This can be resolved by copying some dependency just do this and start httpd service

cp -afv /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/10-nss.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/nss.load

start httpd manually or run packstack with answerfile

yum remove -y httpd

then run packstack with answer file, definitely httpd it works perfect.
