Changing MYSQL Password doesn't let me login to Openstack dashboard

Hi,

I forgot mySQL password so I reset it via terminal but then openstack dashboard doesn't let me login as it says authentication problem try again later. I think this is have to do with mySQL because I changed mySQL password and now everything messed up with openstack.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this ?

You will have to adapt all OpenStack config files that configure database access. For example replace KEYSTONE-DBPASS in keystone.conf:

[database]
...
connection = mysql+pymysql://keystone:KEYSTONE_DBPASS@controller/keystone
