After an Upgrade form juno to kilo, dashboard fails to start and I can't access the panel.

log output of /var/log/httpd/error_log

Cinder v2 requested but no 'volumev2' service type available in Keystone catalog.

I created the new endpoints according the installation howto

openstack endpoint create \
  --publicurl http://controller:8776/v2/%\(tenant_id\)s \
  --internalurl http://controller:8776/v2/%\(tenant_id\)s \
  --adminurl http://controller:8776/v2/%\(tenant_id\)s \
  --region RegionOne \
  volumev2

Can anyone please push me in the right direction? This is the last piece that needs to work in my cluster.

I am desperate.

Don't be offended, but did you create the service in the first place? http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/instal...: openstack service create --name cinderv2 --description "OpenStack Block Storage" volumev2

Yes I did. Sorry it was very late yesterday and I forgot to mention that. I'm not at work yet, but
Is' it possible that I created them with the wrong user? Do I have to create them with the service token as login option? Right now I created them as a super admin.

The Problem solved itself. I logged in today and everything worked just fine.

I don't know what happened and I don't know how I reproduce it.

Regardless, I am happy. ;)

I have the same issue. If I added endpoint throw "keystone" cli it is works great, if use "openstack endpoint create" - nothing worked. Why?
